Blossoms of Permaculture

Practically imperfect the chamomile is leggy and wild in the permaculture of U-Relish Farm.  Grown from seed this winter the plant needed the burgeoning blossoms remove in order to facilitate further growth.

Harvesting the blossom for allergy relief and the anti histamine properties, you simply rake off the blossoms as a fragrant wisp of apples infuses the air.  I dry them on a dish as to prepare them for long term use.

Now this new ball jar top will allow them to be used immediately as they are submerged in water.
