Permaculture in practice

I believe in the obligation or duty to nurture for the good of the whole… Some would say this is a fault of a capitalist and it may be the undoing of a business.  But in practice… Magic happens when I ask children to crack the beans at the historic City Market.

There is no harm in spilling the beans at my stall in the center aisle main market Hall in Indianapolis.  Together we build muscle, talk about legumes as a protein source and yes, we make a mess.  Weights and measures are discussed and everyday. At U-Relish Farm we are dedicated to maximizing the resources of individual and families using the crockpot.

Whether we are cracking beans or grinding apples there is just more time for permaculture when food is slow cooked in the crockpot.
