Permaculture: Seaweed Soil and Celery Leaf

Soon the a blanket of snow will embrace the Circle City and cover U-Relish Farm.  Citrus rinds and seaweed will breakdown nicely over the next season as the celery leaf continues to flourish in the permaculture patch.  Leaves and straw can also be added at this time to protect the micro organisms as they encircle the cropped not pulled plants.

Decomposition is as sure as entropy…  Hoping your winter season is full of seed catalogs, graph charts and crop rotations.
